Application
HDV-7C transistor rectifier of auto-control is provided with characters of anode and cathode polarization continuous, high input impedance, low output resistance, anti-jamming, wide frequency response, high precision of potential regulation, stability and reliability. The equipment is provided with functions of constant potential, constant current, resistance compensation, impedance transformation and scanning.
HDV-7C transistor rectifier of auto-control is used with direct current osdlograph and X,Y function recorder can realize a variety of static and dynamic experiments. It is also applicable to be used in experiments of electrode process dynamics, electricity out, electrolysis, electroplating, metal corrosion.
2 Technical performances
2.1 Range of constant potential: -3.000 ~ +3.000 continuous regulation. When the power supply changes in the range of 220 ÍÁ 10%, the mutative value of "Research" to "Reference Output" is less than 1 mV.
2.2 When output current changes from 0 to ¡À 1.0A, the mutative value of "Research" to "Reference Output" is less than 1 mV.
2.3 When the device has been working for 24h, drift is not more than 2mV.
2.4 Output voltage is not less than ¡À 20V.
2.5 Output current 0 ~ ¡À 1 _0A, the range of current-meter is divided into five stalls: 200.0 m A¡¢¡À20mA¡¢¡À 20.0mA¡¢ ¡À 200.0mA¡¢¡À1.0A.
2.6 The current which is flowing through reference electrode is less than 0.05 M A.
2.7 Range of potential-meter: Two stalls, the precision of 20V stall is 0.025%.
2.8 Range of solution resistance compensation: 0.05 Q ~ 100K Q Polarization curve of solution resistance compensation is measurable.
2.9 The equipment is provided with external scanning and can scan potential signal automatically by external control signal.
2.10 Power Supply: Single phase 220V ¡À 10% 50Hz.
2.11 Polarization current is limited to within 1.5A by fuse.
